injectables
Hi all,
I will be starting the injectables with FSH next month. Anyone else have any experience with them? Did you actually get pregnant on the first try? I'm hoping I do, because if I don't then the dr. wants me to have the lap surgery and I'm really not excited about that.

i have done 2 rounds of injectable drugs (puregon is what i used)
i got pregnant both times, but also miscarried both times, first time was with triplets, second time it was ectopic.
the injections don't hurt at all!!!! i was pleasently suprised!
however the multiple folicles that are produced can cause an uncomfortable feeling...my ovaries the first time were grapefruit sized.
also the more follicles that you have the more painful the ovulation is, just beucase of a forced ovulation with multiple follicles.
most people end up with approx 3 mature sized follicles, with 4 or 5 smaller follicles, but others, like myself with pcos, can respond to the extreme and can end up with 4 or more mature follicles and ALOT of smaller follicles.
