If you have a low bbt this month and not last month could this mean you have a thyroid problem??? My bbt was normal last month but this month my temp has not been over 97'f and I was supposed to Ov on the 1st but my temp has dropped since then not raised. could I be anovulatory or have a progesterone problem?

it could mean your sleep is different- are you using a fan now?
Do you have more than one chart to compare to?

My numbers are real low before ovulation. like around 96.8-97.1 and after ovulation around 97.5-98.

I also wondered which hormones are repsonsible for the temperatures. is it estrogen, or progesterone or what>
Nope no fan and yes a whole years worth of charts to compare to, never have I had a bbt like this. I believe it is progesterone that raises your temp after you Ovulate. mine have not been above 97 this month and i am on CD16.
Maybe your body geared up to ovulate but didnt?? and it could try again?
Just a thought
I think you are right. My temp spiked this morning!!
