hey chick, you are bl**dy joking arnt you, you certainly dont need to loose 26 pounds, your a perfect size. anyway if you did happen to want to loose wait a good start is a low carb diet, good time too now that summer is starting. lots of salads oh and plenty of water as this keeps you feeling full, well that's what i do when i need to loose a a couple of pounds, or try the special k diet 3 bowls a day and one sensible meal in the evening.
hoping your well
hugs and kisses
Hey De,

I do the protien diet or some of the shake diets work to for short term weight lose.

To be honnest i am starting one tomorrow i need to loose 25kg minimum by sept 20th so you and i should do it together (i don't know what 25kg is in pound but i know it is alot)

I'll email you the diet i am doing and you can make your mind up from there.

Almost all medical experts condemn dieting during pregnancy. That’s because dieting can affect the quality of nutrition a baby receives. However, obese women have traditionally been encouraged to lose some weight or at least maintain their weight while pregnant. Is this wise advice?
