- I'm originally from Dallas, Texas, and I'm now living in Shreveport, Louisiana with my Husband, Drew. He is currently serving in the US Air Force. We are stationed at Barksdale AFB, with our two cats, Bart and Maggie, and our dog, Zelda. This is our first base and we consider ourselves lucky to be so close to home. We met back in 2004 in Tyler, Texas during my senior year, and were married June 16, 2007. Everything is going great, and although being a military wife is hard sometimes, I'm enjoying every minute of it. Drew and I are currently trying to conceive our first child. We have been trying to add to our family since July 2007, and we hope that we will be blessed with a miracle soon.

- I had an unplanned pregnancy 4 years ago and miscarried, and ever since I haven't had a period without the help of BCP. I even went 2 years without one. My husband and I decided to start TTC in July 2007 and after 6 months without a period they finally sent me to an infertility specialist.
Since then I have learned that I have PCOS and Endometriosis. I had my first Laparoscopy surgery on 5/7/08 and had endo, cysts, polyps, and scar tissue removed, and I also had a D&C. I have been told to let my body heal and wait 6 months before TTC again so I'm hoping for a Christmas BFP. It's going to be hard waiting, but I'm going to try to focus on getting my body ready while I wait the 6 months, by losing weight.

I fell off the face of the earth, I'm sorry girls. I've been down and depressed ever since I hit the 1 year mark. I finally got good news, I ovulated and had a period and so this last cycle I had more of a chance than ever before and alas, I didn't ovulate or get a period, and am now CD 34. Sorry Girls - Update
omg girls I'm so sorry I haven't updated in forever. I started a TTC blog and have been updating it. My first Clomid cycle was a bust pretty much. I'm scheduled to start 100mg on Monday if I don't get a BFP or AF. Officially a Clomid Chick!
I went to my doctor today and since I haven't started yet, he put me on Clomid. I don't know why he didn't put me on Provera first to start a period, just put me on Clomid. I'm on 50mg to start, and he said it would be CD 5-9. My estimated date of ovulation is June 25, and if I do O that day, I'll be testing on July 9 with an EDD of March 18! Let's hope this works the first cylce, though if I just get a period out of it I'll be more than happy!

Anniversary!
So tomorrow is Drew and my first wedding anniversary :) I can't believe we've been married a whole year, time sure does fly! It's crazy to think we're no longer newlyweds. Things started off rocky as we adjusted to getting married and I fully believe that the first year is the hardest. But the last few months have been absolutely perfect. Finally Home

you get there. trust me, if you feel like your going to explode just tell him calmly and walk away you will end up working out a system. if Scott and i are talking and he hits a nerve and i feel myself getting to my monster stage (that's what scott calls it) then i just put up my hand and walk out of the room and he knows then that i am not doing well and to leave me alone for a while or if i need hugs etc i lightly tug on his shirt sleeve and he knows what i want without asking.
It will be rough it takes time and you feel like Sh*t for the first few days but after you finish the tabs and your body starts to settle down again then you should be right.
What i couldn't get over was the hot flushes.

Hey when did you guys get married? what date because you and i must be totally on or very close to be on the same wave lenght. ME and DH got married on the 30 of June 2007 and we are coming up for your 1 year anno.
